I use bio-epoxy resins and a variety of foams such as Just Blanks recyclable EPS, Marko EPS Blanks and locally made Burford Blanks. Eco-Friendly should be the norm. My boards are strong but light.

Custom hand crafted "Ziggy"
7'2" custom hand shaped "Ziggy-double flyer bum tail with chanells.
Built as a step down board for Denis who is 60+ years and has been riding a 7'10". Easy to paddle and catch waves. Turns on a dime and speed to burn. Custom hand painted acrylic on foam afr plus hand drawn rocket art with posca' on glass under a double hot coat of bio- epoxy resin.
